• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Vantage Point Products prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
• Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
• A copy of the original Vantage Point Products invoice must be included with all returns.
• Defective returns are eligible for return only within 15 days from Vantage Point Products invoice date. If your item suffers minor or severe damage in transit, contact Vantage Point Customer Service at the above number to have a replacement part or item sent to you free of charge.
• Products must be returned complete and with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box / packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.
• Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Vantage Point Products.
